Molecule Man by Jonathan Borofsky

On the left are three figures coming from three different directions an joining together. This big sculpture is 30 meters high and weigthing some 45 tons. The sculpture, which can be seen since may 1999 in the river Spree is called Molecule Man and was created by the american artist Jonathan Borofsky. The sculpture is meant by the artist to remind the viewer "that both man and molecules exist in a world of probability and that finding wholness and unity within this world remains the aim of any create and spiritual tradion".
